Smartphone Store will soon carry out major and minor repairs on all Smartphones including the iPhone 4S..

1. Book your Smartphone Repair Request online.

You will receive an email from us with a Repair Request. Print this document and send it to us with your iPhone. (If you do not have access to a printer, clearly enclose the Repair Request Number and all your contact details)

2. Send your iPhone to:

Once we receive your iPhone (4S and other models) you will receive a second email which will display a quotation for you.

You will then have 3 options:

• You can either pay the quoted amount online which will enable us to start your repair immediately
• You can choose to "Return Unrepaired” and pay online $11.95 inc GST to cover the cost of the courier charges to send the IPhone back to you.
• You can ask us to  “Dispose” and your iPhone memory will be erased and the iPhone will be sent for recycling if you do want it repaired or returned to you. There is no charge for disposal.  

Once your payment is processed your Smartphone repairs will begin. You will be notified of any delays on your quotation via email and within your login. Almost all Smartphones are dispatched within 48 hours and more than half of those within 24 hours.

You will be able to track your delivery online.

If you chose to repair your Smartphone on your own:

Taking your Smartphone apart can be delicate and complicated, not to mention putting it back together correctly. Please take great care when opening your handset, damaged can be caused very easily.

Opening your iPhone may VOID your WARRANTY.
